Even when I was younger I never really hated Benson at all. I always thought Mordecai and Rigby was the problem.

Honestly Benson could’ve let them get the Burgers but keep em in a fridge so they can get their jobs done. At least then they could’ve gotten their jobs done without losing the chance to eat the burger since they already got them and not worry about the food truck leaving. Benson isn’t particularly a bad boss since Mordecai and Rigby are inherently lazy and idiotic(mostly Rigby). But if he just treated them more with some respect they’d probably feel bad for always being unreliable to him. I know I would at least.

remember when benson actually managed to find 2 good employees to replace mordecai and rigby, and their plan to keep their jobs was to sabotage the 2 new guys, and make sure no work got done? that was by far the worst shit i've seen them do so far (so far. im not very far into the show, i just made it to trash boat). They didn't want to do their jobs, but they also didn't want anyone else doing their jobs. they want the jobs, they want the pay, and they want the place to live, but they don't want to do any work.

My personal opinion about Benson is that he probably goes through a lot of stress. Dealing with Mordecai and Rigbys screw up tasks, deep inside he probably doesn’t like to yell but he can’t hold his temper and blasts it like in the one episode where Bensons parents talking about pass the salt that probably got him into yelling. And the one scene in busted cart that scene hits really hard cuz he’s a hard working manager and doesn’t wanna leave

Reminds me of that one South Park episode with surgeries to physically alter their bodies, though at least in that episode the characters actually had reasons to go through their surgeries. Dumb reasons, but also reasons that made sense in-episode. Like Kyle needing to be taller and black to play Basketball or Mr. Garrison needing a female body to live out his own deranged abortion fantasy. The main guy in this video and the bulky guy at the end really didn't have any reason to do this. It wasn't like either of them were tiny beforehand either. It reeks of insecurity, that they would go through this kind of painful and needless surgery for a little more height.
